If walking into Elixir Aesthetics feels like walking in to see an old friend, that’s not by accident. Our three co-owners worked together in the aesthetics industry for years before making the move to opening their own Tampa Med Spa practice. Their shared sense of wonder at the marvels of aesthetic science and their unshakeable camaraderie is a joy to be a part of, and everyone at Elixir Aesthetics shares their passion for discovering the most effective ways to transform and rejuvenate the face and body.
Kate Williams, APRN-C, loves working with clients to help them revitalize their natural beauty at every age. She is a true artist in her work - keeping her clients the most beautiful version of themselves. Kate prioritizes taking care of the whole person and maintaining long-term relationships to continue to guide her clients through the aging process.
After obtaining her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1995, she earned her M.S. in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2000, as well as her FNP-BC certification from the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She possesses vast clinical knowledge which she shares with others in the industry as a national trainer for Allergan facial injectables and previously a trainer for various laser treatments. Kate lives in Dade City with her husband and two children and enjoys horseback riding, biking, concerts, reading, and singing off-key.
Caitlin Gorman, APRN-C, starts each visit by assessing your needs to create a comprehensive treatment plan that considers your anatomy, safety, and goals. She likes keeping abreast of new techniques and attending nationwide training sessions and conferences to continuously improve her approach.
Caitlin attended the University of Florida, where she received her B.S. in Nursing in 2010 and earned her M.S. in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2014. She was certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2014 and began practicing aesthetics the same year. Her years of experience provide her patients with safe and effective non-invasive aesthetic facial and body treatments. Caitlin lives in South Tampa with her husband and three children and enjoys spending time with family, water skiing, paddle boarding, and yoga.
Elzbieta completed her primary training in Poland and continued her education in New York before coming to Tampa. She acquired advanced skills through international training and work with some of the best aestheticians in the field, and in 2022, was nominated for the Josette Allouche Aesthetician of the Year Award. Elzbieta is a passionate advocate for the idea that beauty is enhanced by physical well-being and mental tranquility. She enjoys traveling with her family and going on meditation retreats.
